The nickel plated steel O ring is a secure attachment for a leash or other bondage device and the inner side is lined with soft leather to protect the skin. This beautiful collar also has a locking buckle that can be used with or with out a padlock. 1 1/2" wide fits 12" – 16" neck.

Made in our studio with the finest medium and heavy weight garment leather, heavy duty nickel plated steel hardware, and plenty of love.
